What’s included in a Friendly Content subscription?
Each subscription model is tailored to your needs. We shoot, edit, and deliver everything from long form videos plus a handful of social ready cutdowns every month, so you’re never scrambling for content again. Shoot once, share everywhere!
How is a subscription different from a one‑off branded film?
Subscriptions are your ongoing content engine; one‑off films are the “event” pieces we craft when you need a knockout campaign or feature length story.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Nope! We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you into endless commitments. However, there are discounts when you are ready to commit and make this Friendly partnership official.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Just give us 30 days’ notice…of course, we’ll miss you.
What if I miss our scheduled shoot day?
No worries, life happens! Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule at no extra charge. If it’s under 48 hours, we’ll still hustle to find a new slot but a cancelation fee applies. Either way, we’ve got your back.
What if I need urgent content?
Need a “OMG, we forgot today’s post!” rescue? We offer rush‑edit services to keep you on schedule.
Where do you shoot, on location or in a studio?
Both! We come to you or book studio time…your call.
How do I provide feedback?
We use a simple online review tool…leave comments timestamped right on the video. No endless email chains.
What equipment do you use?
4k future proof cinema cameras, pro audio, and enough lighting to make Netflix jealous. (Plus our secret weapon: creative minds.)
What’s the billing process?
Monthly invoices via credit card, check, or ACH—no surprises, just consistent cash flow (for both of us).
Can you help with strategy, not just shooting?
You bet. We’ll brainstorm content calendars, channel tactics, and even hashtag hacks that actually work.
How soon can we start?
We’re usually ready to roll within two weeks, just long enough to pour the coffee and map out your vision.
